This is so that 3Space can keep a record of delivery against its charitable objectives). Please consider the effect on the local area, its communities, the landlord and upon your organisation.

Explain as best as possible how you intend to use the space, including details of the main activities and any furniture or fixtures that will be required to do this (please note that the 3Space agreement with the landlords does not permit anything to be fixed to the structure of the property). Please also include details of the number of days/hours you plan to use the space. *

Please provide details of who will supervise all activities in the space and ensure that the property is maintained to the standard it was received (e.g. who will be responsible for safety, cleanliness, closing the building after use and key holding if applicable). To use a 3Space property an organisation must have its own insurance. 3Space uses meanwhile leases which means the landlord can request the building back from us at anytime. To ensure we are able to honour this commitment could you please outline a brief contingency plan for relocating your activities at short notice? *

How will your organization record what has been happening and how will you ascertain whether the project has been a success? 3Space features and promotes activities taking place in our spaces on our website and via other media outlets.
